My campaign with Pro-Grips Tyres has offered me the opportunity to work with some of the most cutting-edge operating systems and savvy tech software available to marketers.
Our most recent campaign was a lead generation/brand awareness campaign to inform customers of the launch of its new franchise opening in Brighton City to offer a 24/7 Emergency Roadside and Mobile Tyre-fitting service.
SETUP & CONTEXT
Prior to the launch, we defined every requirement of the Pro-Grip Tyres brand. They wanted to expand and gain new customers as they began to operate in more areas across the UK so customers can easily book 24/7 Mobile Tyre-fitting services in real-time. They also wanted to improve service quality and reduce the volume of customer call wait times.
THE CHALLENGE & PROBLEM PROCESS
We faced a number of hurdles along the way. However, due to proper planning, we were able to navigate and respond to customers faster by contacting them via a channel they frequently use and are familiar with. This made it easier for people to enquire and request specific information and make bookings.
LAUNCH, IMPACT, RESULTS
Once Princeps Digital Founder Julian took on the campaigns it meant that the guys at Pro-Grips Tyres and their teams could focus their time and energy on what they do best which is offer, quick, reliable 24/7 Mobile Tyre Fitting.
We were overwhelmed by the response we had from the Facebook Ads, despite the fact it was a new Facebook page and landing page that was set up for customer and client bookings.
